Through the Decades
Founded in 1944, Zenith American Solutions (known then as “Zenith Administrators”) has been managing third-party benefit plans for over 80 years, setting the standard as an industry leader and innovator in the benefit administration field. In fact, the company itself was founded three years before the Taft-Hartley Act was passed in 1947.
Becoming Zenith American Solutions
Following the merger of Zenith Administrators and American Benefit Plan Administrators in 2011, our organization became known as Zenith American Solutions (“Zenith”). With a collective vision of being a trusted partner and delivering tailored solutions to multiemployer clients and their members, we strive for unparalleled customer experiences and local, personalized service, elevating our role as the paramount partner in our field.
